Here is the latest Infofish Citizen Science and Suntag report for 2014/15. The Infofish database now contains over 1.13 million fish records. This year data from recruitment surveys was incorporated into the database. Posts on the Suntag and Crystal Bowl Facebook pages had a total reach of over 200,000 and there were over 20,000 downloads of the mini reports.

Lake Awoonga spilled in late 2010 for the first time since the dam wall was raised in 2002. It was estimated that 20,000+ large Barramundi spilled from the lake to June 2011. From Jun-Dec last year a Mahi Mahi (Dolphinfish) tagged with a satellite tag off Charleston South Carolina USA wandered around the Atlantic Ocean for around 13,500km before being recaptured off the Dominican Republic. The fish was tagged with an archival tag as part of the Dolphinfish Research Program run by Cooperative Science Services, LLC .
